In-person setup & training at your location of choice

We’re available by appointment on the Sunshine Coast, in Brisbane, and on the Gold Coast. We’ll come to you—whether it’s your home, retirement village, RSL club, or favourite café—and work together to set up your online family tree. You will invite family members to join your tree, learn some key research skills, and upload photos and documents to bring your family’s history to life. We’ll also install any necessary software, walk you through how to use it, and show you the best ways to start uncovering your family’s past.

Royal Blood: Tracing Kathy's DNA back to England

Kathy had previously taken a DNA test with MyHeritage but was puzzled by the results. She discovered many fairly close relatives in England, which didn’t make sense given her French family background. Wanting to validate her family tree and find answers, she reached out to us. Our research revealed a surprising truth—her great-grandfather wasn’t who she thought he was. This newly uncovered ancestor had deep English roots, leading Kathy on a DNA trail through some of Europe’s most prominent royal families.

The search for Henry's father: Discovery in America

Henry from Victoria, Australia, had never known his father’s identity. At 75, he decided to take a series of DNA tests and reached out to us to help uncover his ancestry. Through our research, we identified two distant cousins who had also taken DNA tests, leading to five more strong matches for Henry. But the biggest surprise?
